We are an online agency that offers a booking service to rent accommodation for couples and small groups in residential apartments and partner hostels. The rooms and short term rental apartments that you can book thru our website are all located in central Barcelona, just a 10 to 20 minutes from La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya by walking or in some cases by metro, in the old city and Eixample districts (exact locations may vary). We offer complete independence to go and enjoy the city. When making a booking you will pay just a 10% deposit and then pay the rest at our office. On arrival you will first come to our office to sign a temporary rental contract and we will then take you to your accommodation or partner hostel either walking, by metro or taxi for your convenience. We will explain you the rules and services we provide and you will get your own set of keys. Check out is at 10 am, if you are leaving after we also offer free luggage storage at our office. If you stay in a residential property you must follow the community rules, like not molesting the neighbours, no alcohol or parties allowed, etc. You may want to read our terms and conditions before making a booking

Reception Office and Apartment Rentals
Our office hours are from 10am to 9pm Mon-Friday. 12 to 2pm and 4pm to 9pm on Sat and Sun. You´ll be taken to your accommodation or apartment rental within our opening hours. A fee of 25 eur from 9pm-12pm per checkin and apartment applies. If arriving later than midnight you must make an appointment 3 days in advance. A fee of 40 euros applies.
